How can I withdraw?
In order to withdraw an item, you must provide a valid steam trade URL, have a public steam profile and be eligible for trading. We also have a rule that asks you to complete at least one offer before your first withdrawal. After that, all you have to do is to select the items you want from our shop and click Withdraw.
How can I earn coins?
You can earn coins by completing offers from any of our partners listed on Earn Coins section, just click on one of them and complete any offer you want. You can also earn a lot of coins by using our affiliate system or by using any of our games, contests and promotions.
How does your affiliate system work?
All you have to do if you want to earn extra coins is to set an affiliate code, then share it with your friends. You will get up to 10 coins each time someone uses your affiliate code, depending on their Steam Level, CS:GO Badges and Medals. You will also receive a percent of every offer he finishes, from 5% to 10%, depending on your affiliate level. You can increase your affiliate level by inviting more users to the website. Do not use multiple accounts to increase your earnings! You will and up getting banned and we will set your coins to 0. Also, don’t spam your affiliate code in the chat, you will be muted and we will permanently ban you from using our affiliate system.
How long does it take to receive my items after I withdraw?
At the moment, we send all trade offers manually, to make sure that the coins you own have not been obtained as a result of an abuse on our system (multiple accounts, bug exploit, IP-address manipulation etc). Therefore, we will send the trade offers within 24 hours after you have made the withdrawal.
How long does it take to receive my coins after I completed an offer?
In most cases, you will receive your coins after less than 5 minutes, but it may take more time, as it depends on our partners. If you waited 24 hours and you didn’t receive your coins, please make sure that you followed all the steps and contact the offerwall from which you completed the offer.
